Weight training is essential for getting your body into the shape you desire
Many workout programs stress cardiovascular exercise as the best way to burn fat and reshape your body, but this is not the case. While cardio does have its place in a healthy routine, you need to do a lot less of it than most “experts” would advise. Rather than running yourself half to death, you should be in the weight room three to five times per week, lifting your way to stronger, shapelier muscles that will transform your physique.
There are four key weight-training exercises that are incredibly effective and will help you make the most meaningful changes to your body. These are:
